In loving memory of David M. Donacik of Lackawanna, New York, who departed this world on April 20, 2024 at the age of 80. David leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Valerie Donacik; and his brother Ronald Donacik (Julie). He is survived by: his children, David Donacik (Karen), Tracey Mazgaj (Thomas), Jeffrey Donacik (Ann) and Paul Donacik (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Gordon, Valerie, Adam, Haley, Dora, Theo and Clark; and his brother James Donacik (Laurie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in David's name to the Roswell Park Alliance Foundation.
