He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Klubek; his stepchildren, Tammy Amrozowicz, Tracy Amrozowicz and James Amrozowicz (Michelle); and his siblings, Eugenia Halady (late Edward), John (Jane), Gerald (Marian), Louis (Christine), Marcia Kumiega and Richard Klubek (Carol). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
