He was predeceased by: his wife Andrea Dole; his parents, Ferdinand Dole and Janet Dole; his brother Ferdinand Dole (late Virginia); and his siblings-in-law, Michael Sarick (Christine) and Francis Sarick (late Barbara).
He is survived by: his children, David, Cheryl, Stephen Dole (Kimberly), Martin Dole (Jacquelyn), Rachael Piatek (Daryl) and Matthew Dole (Alana); his sibling Clare Ann Lange (late Charles); and his siblings-in-law, Stephen Sarick (Sharon) and Christine Brostko (Paul). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
