He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Decker and Lillian Decker; his granddaughter Aurora Rose "Rory" Decker; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Decker; and his brother Robert V. Decker.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Decker (Terpening); his sons, Wayne Decker Jr., Gregg Decker and Eric Decker; his daughters-in-law, Ashlee Jones and Alexandra Scileppi; and his grandchildren, Aiden, Adalina, Asher, Maddox, Nova and Mila Decker.
