He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Biasi; and his aunt Jane Bayne. He is survived by: his wife Eugienia Pemberton-Neuss of St. Maarten; his daughter Annilee Neuss of Newburgh, NY; his siblings, Andrea Giordano of Tinton Falls, NJ and Carl (Elaine Neuss) of Laguna Hills; and his nieces and nephews, Andrew Cerullo, Alex Neuss, Carla and Rebecca Neuss.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rudy's honor to a charity of your choice. Charities close to his heart are Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
