He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred K. Steeger and Sally C. Steeger Sr. (Dugan). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Steeger (Reilly); his sons, Robert T. Steeger Jr. (Christina) and Timothy Steeger; his grandchildren, Jessica Joswick and Shannon Steeger; his stepgrandchildren, Jacob and Madlyne Hartman; his great grandchildren, Chloe Joswick, Evan Joswick and Noah Hartman; his siblings, Jaqueline Baxter and Alfred K. Steeger Jr.; and his cousin Edward Steeger.
