He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Metzger and Anna Metzger; his wife Patricia Metzger; his children, Carolyn Woods, Thomas Metzger (Carrie) and Richard Metzger Jr. (Kimberly); and his grandchildren, Riley, Brady Metzger, Patrick and McKenzie Woods.
