Higgins; his children, Meghan Williams (Josh), Sheri Williams VanDunk (Carl) and Shawn Williams; his grandchildren, Isabella, Adrianna, Mason, Paul Kevin, Shelby, Zoe, Regina, Kayla, Shawn Michael, Alexis, Jacqueline and Travis; his friend James Whalen; and also, Mark and Darlene. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
