She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Mazzucca and Ellen Crookston Mazzucca; and her sister Joanne Crookston. She is survived by: her siblings, Arnold Crookston of Tennessee, Dennis Crookston (Rosemary) of Tennessee, Thomas Crookston (Rosella) of Accord, Rosemarie Overton of Kingston and Cindy Montanye (Kevin) of Saugerties. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and close family friends.
