He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bennett and Marjorie Collins (Lane); and his stepbrother William Collins. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Williams Bennett of Kingston, NY.; his sons, Richard Bennett of Kingston, NY and Paul Bennett of Lubbock, TX; his granddaughter Samantha Bennett of Kingston, NY; his brother Dennis Collins (Merry) of Calif; his stepsiblings, Eddie Collins and Shirley Collins; and his close friends, Jane and Kevin Taylor of Durham, NC. He is also survived by many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
