It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathleen Howard of Kingston, New York, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Howard and Joan Howard (Conlon); and her brother Dennis Howard. She is survived by: her sister Christine Howard of Kingston; and her sister-in-law Louise Howard of Saratoga. She is also survived by many nieces, cousins, and friends.
