Bernard V. Wainer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard V. Wainer of Kingston, New York, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on August 29, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Wainer and Minnie Wainer (Friedman); his wife Minnie; and his sister Dorothy. He is survived by: his daughters, Leslea Mendrysa (Mark) and Marcy Pravetz (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Jason Wainer, Rachel Sawyer (Mason), Zoe Couse (Keegan) and Shawn Pravetz; his sisters-in-law, Phelene Lonstein and Harriet Lonstein; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Grace, Lauryn, Bryce, Lionel and Danica; and his family, Jen, Celia and Makenna. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and Dan Couse.
