She was predeceased by: her parents, Caroline Forst and Henry Forst. She is survived by: her husband Doctor Herbert E. Gade; her daughters, Hilarie Gade (John Peters) and Kristina Gade-Diels (Jean-Pierre Diels); and her grandsons, Loïc and Didier Diels. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
