She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Michael F. Diacovo; and her siblings, Rose Sarno (Louis), Theresa LaRue (Charles), Marie Valgento (Patrick), Frank, Leonard, Elizabeth and Josie Calabrese.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Joseph M. Diacovo (Mary Kay) of Kingston, Michael F. Diacovo Jr. (Angela DeZalia) of Clifton Park, NY, Dr. Thomas G. Diacovo (Geneviève Rebuffot) of Larchmont, NY, John S. Diacovo, Mindy Vanek of Kingston and Nannette M. Diacovo (Julie Ware); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Danielle (Greg), Natalie (Adam), Mimi, Alex, Kristofer (Erica), Ryan (Jennifer) and Mikayla Diacovo; and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Kaiden and Karson Diacovo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and a loyal friend.
