She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Arsinger and Laura Arsinger (Waite). She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Hayes, Novalie Byrne (Dustin), Bernadette Spencer (Thomas), Barry Wrobel (Darleen Chamberlain), Kenneth Wrobel (Edna), Matthew Wrobel (Christina) and Jeremy Wrobel; and her sister Margaret Gray. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other close relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Martha's memory may be made to the Hospice of Jefferson County, 1398 Gotham St, Watertown, NY 13601.
