Crouse Sr. (Lee); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Quackenbush (James), Gennessee Tomlinson (Greg), Tiffany Smimmo-Dickinson (Gavin), Tasha Yudin (Roman), Kayla, Cassandra Freese (Brian), Marilou Egan (Justin), John Courtney (Lacey), Daniel Courtney, Christopher Courtney, Pasquale Smimmo, Zachary Olmstead (Dana), Gregory Crouse Jr. and Kreaton Crouse (Sarah). He is also survived by Several great nieces and nephews, as well as Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
