He is survived by: his wife Diana; his parents-in-law, Michael and Paulina Patsellis; his aunt Josie Heggelke; his children, Blake Riek (Melanie), Nathan Sorensen (Kelly), Daniel Sorensen (Amber Van Ness), Bryan Riek and Jennifer (Jordan Finkelstein); his grandchildren, Zoey, Josiah Riek, Dean, Nicholas Sorensen, Cole Riek and Ruby Sickmon; his brother Kurt; his nephew Derek; his sister Kristi Flanigan; and his nephew Shane. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
