She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fox and Florence Olstrom; and her siblings, Robert, James, Edward, Richard, Joan and Patricia.
She is survived by: her husband Patrick Foy; her children, Donna Foy Eckstein (Jonathan) and Patrick Foy (Christine); her grandchildren, Matthew, Jacob, Liam, Allison and Samantha; and her sister Florence O'Kane.
The Foy family would greatly appreciate memorial contributions in Theresa's memory to be made to the Long Beach Humane Society.
