Irene Sorrentino Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Sorrentino (Inwood, New York), who passed away on March 26, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Guy G. Sorrentino; and her sister June Kenny (Bernie). She is survived by: her son Guy R. Sorrentino; her daughter-in-law Terri Sorrentino; her granddaughter Amanda Nish (Sorrentino); her stepgrandchildren, Pangea Kali Virga and Jacob Gottlieb; her great grandchild Jack Nish; her siblings, Lillian Badgeley (Budd) and Robert Warren (Helen); and her friends, Doug, Salome, Cherry, Bernice and Kayla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Irene was a generous and charitable person, willingly donating time and money to her church, to the Jimmy Carter Foundation and to Habitat for Humanity.
