She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Westlake and Marian Westlake (Denson); her sons, Albert and Jason Bailey; and her brother Christopher Phillipson.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Bailey; her son Jeffrey Bailey; and her siblings, Dwight Westlake, Stephen Westlake and Leanna Eutermark. She is also survived by grandchildren, cousins, several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews and many friends.
