He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Sheppard and Winifred Sheppard (Pritchard). He is survived by: his wife Jessie C. Eberle of Herkimer; his children, William J. (Varinya Sheppard) of New Hartford and Connie (Tom Giordano) of Herkimer; his sister Gail Jay of Cold Brook; his grandchildren, Bryn, Justin Albro, Tyler, Morgan Sheppard, Christina Ferrucci (John Deschambeau) and Michael Ferrucci; his stepgrandchildren, Anthony and Alexandra Giordano; and his great grandchild Finn Albro.
In keeping with COVID-19 guidelines Bills funeral service will be private.
