He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Wells and Victoria Wells (Beauvois); and his brothers, Richard (Dicky) and Ralph Wells. He is survived by: his wife Joan Wells (Snedeker); his son Tom Wells Jr.; his grandchildren, Kayleigh (Riesel), Jim Marosek, Ethan Riesel (Bub), Callie Riesel (Wiggins), Grace Wells-Dannenfelser (Amazing), Lily Wells-Dannenfelser (Smiley), Molly Philo (Ladybug) and Stephanie Wells (Mickey); his great grandchildren, Emma (Lady Em), William (Willy), Margaret Marosek, Madilyn, Oliver Riesel and Carter Wells; and his sister Susan Sheidy (Anthony Sheidy). He is also survived by ses his wife of almost 55 years; his 3 daughters and sons-in-law, several nieces and nephews.
Because of Tom's heart for at-risk youth, the family is going to donate to Herkimer County ICAN. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation for the family to extend to this organization.
