He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Nicolette and Annabelle Nicolette; his wife Anne Nicolette (McGinty); his brother Martin Nicolette; and his brother-in-law Michael Perez.
He is survived by: his close friend Deborah Craft-Reed; his siblings, Gerald Nicolette (JoAnn), Doug Nicolette (Lori), Jean Scram (Walter) and Carol Perez; his pet Spaz; and also Jack of Louisiana. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, grandchildren, cousins and friends.
