It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Mowers of Ilion, New York, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Mowers and Madalyn Mowers (Lines); his mother-in-law Barbara Maley; and his brothers-in-law, Scott Holden and Steve Maley.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn Maley; his children, Amanda (Barry Hein), Matthew Mowers (Jennifer McCann) of Ilion, Luke McCann of San Francisco, CA and Kyle (Cassie McCann); his sisters, Rene Roth of Deerfield, Cindy (Rick Brewer), Lisa Hatalla of Frankfort and Amy (Paul Atwell); his father-in-law George Maley, Jr. of Ilion; and his siblings-in-law, Lee, Kim Maley of Ilion, Jan, Dave Heap of Herkimer and Lois Holden. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
