She is survived by: her husband David Thomas Baldwin; her son Chad David Baldwin (Renee Baldwin); her grandsons, Matthew and Joshua; her son Greg David Baldwin of Brooklyn, NY.; her sister Gwen Collis; her brother-in-law Gary Collis of The Villages; her sister Dona Carpenter; her brother-in-law Donald Carpenter of Little Falls; and her close friends, Jody Janicki of Ilion, Karen Johnston of Utica and Kelly Myszkowski of Little Falls. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

“I would like to give my condolences to David and the entire Baldwin family, although it has been a while since I’ve seen Floy Ann we used to have some pretty good laughs when I came up there to have her work on getting the knot, and the muscle tension out of my old, rickety body. I am very saddened to hear of her passing and I would like to send prayers of love and support for the family, may God bless you all during these very difficult times .”
