She was predeceased by: her parents, Dominick Peruzzi and Viola Peruzzi (Nobili); her sister Barbara Peruzzi; her brother-in-law Jack Pollitt; and her nephew Trevor Peruzzi.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Carlisle (Banu), Todd Carlisle (Kelly) and Jade Hassett (Michael); her grandchildren, Brendan, Dillon, Adam, Kali, Brooklyn, Ty and Kaya; her great grandchild Emmett; and her siblings, Mary Ann Francisco (Dick), Joyce Pollitt, Robert Peruzzi (Dawn), Ron Peruzzi and Bonnie Peruttzi (Stephanie). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
