He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Pieper and Myrtle Pieper (Sliter); and his brother Arden Pieper. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Pieper (Burt); his stepson Bernard P. Harrington, III; his grandchildren, Cara Harrington and Jake Lanzillo; his siblings, Arline Welch and Bruce Pieper; his pet Sammy; and also Francesca Harrington.
