He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Urtz and Bertha Urtz (Shutts); and his son David. He is survived by: his wife Jane Steele; his stepson Jeffrey Crutcher (Susan) of Poughkeepsie; his grandson James Crutcher of Whispering Pines, NC; his great grandchild Sierra; and his siblings, Lorraine Covell (Urtz) of Ilion and Don Urtz (Joyce) of Richfield Springs. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
