She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cashman and Josephine Cashman (Tomkievicz); her former husband John "Jack" McGurk; her son James Dominick Accattato; her sons-in-law, Steven J. Frederick and George J. Zipko; her siblings, John (Emily Cashman), Raymond (Beverly Cashman), Irene (Earl Polley) and Florence (Ed Plunkett); and her parents-in-law, Marceline, John Torchia, Gemma, Guy Tassino, Sarah, Michael LiBritz, Frank and Betty Accattato.
She is survived by: her husband Dominick Accattato; her daughters, Jeri Frederick and Judy Zipko; her daughter-in-law Patricia Accattato; her grandchildren, Andrea (Dominick Bellino), Dominick Accattato (Brittany Barker), Katie (Dave D'Agostino), Steve (Sobia Frederick), DJ Frederick, Julie (Paul Irizarry), Joseph (Tammy Zipko) and Jenna (Anthony Tripple); her great grandchildren, Luciano Bellino, Adrianna Bellino, David D'Agostino, Joseph D'Agostino, Zahra Frederick, Alya Frederick, Mariana Irizarry, Paulie Irizarry, Latina Irizarry, Italia Irizarry and Adrianna Tripple; her sister Elizabeth; and her brother-in-law Robert Luke of Ilion. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and extended family.
