He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Melvin, Betty Moreland of Morton, Arvy and Lenora Lewis of Jonesboro, Ark.; his aunt Mary Lewis; and his cousin Mallary Moreland France.
He is survived by: his parents, Frank Lewis and Melba Lewis (Moreland) of Morton, Ill.; and his brother Michael Lewis (Sandra) of West Plains. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
