He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duncan and Mary Leahy Duncan; his sister Doreen Longtin; and his sister-in-law Dolores M. Duncan. He is survived by: his brother William H. Duncan III; and his nieces and nephews, Darlene Duncan, Christopher Duncan, Brian Duncan, Denise Royer, Doreen Rosenberg, Maureen Goddard and Jennifer Kroczewski.
