She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Blauvelt and Margaret Brooks Blauvelt; her husband William E. Burt; her daughter Margaret Fuhrmann; her grandson-in-law Doug Decker; and her siblings, Calvin C. Blauvelt Jr., William Blauvelt and Jean Moderacki.
She is survived by: her son-in-law George Fuhrmann; her children, Carol Petrovitz (William) and Thomas Burt (Shelly); her grandchildren, Denise Fuhrmann Decker, Lisa DiMattina (Joseph), Kathleen Petrovitz, Andrew Petrovitz, Dakota Burt and Matthew Connors; and her great grandchildren, Desiree, Deanna, Destiney Decker, Ava, Joey DiMattina, Carter and Zoey Connors. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
