He is survived by: his children, Maureen Perry (Roger), Deidre Cusack (Francis "Skip") and Dr. Sean Martin (Anna); his grandchildren, Kathleen Cusack, Maeve Cusack and Jenna Martin; and his niece Colleen Martin Dierze.
