He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Heath and Betty Heath; and his brother Gregory Heath. He is survived by: his wife Janice M. Kosmolsick; his sons, Stephen Heath (Yunice) of Beacon and Scott Heath (Lisa) of Hyde Park; his grandchildren, Ysabel, Sean, Cole, Olivia and Cash; and his siblings, Wayne Heath (Alice) of Ossining, Debra Yaciw (Nick) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Jeff Heath (Kathleen) of LaGrangeville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Masks will be required, and proper COVID safety precautions will be observed.
