With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Higle of Hyde Park, New York, born in Tarrytown, New York, who passed away on October 24, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Higle and Nellie Higle (Lang); his brother Joseph Higle; and his half-brothers, Alfred and Walter.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara (Alantock); his children, Tom Higle of Hyde Park, NY, David Higle (Jane) of Noblesville, IN, Peter Higle of Hyde Park, NY, Audrey Putney (David) of Corning, NY and Robin Higle of Newburyport, MA; his grandchildren, Carolyn, Shannon and Robyn; and his great grandchildren, Clare and Gabby. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Jim's memory to the First Baptist Church in Rhinebeck, 9 Astor Drive, Rhinebeck NY.
