He was predeceased by: his parents, John Manning (Jack) and Gladys Manning (Garcia); his wife Annette; and his sister Barbara Steeves. He is survived by: his children, Joann Rosso (James) of Milford, PA, Patricia Mathis (Will) of Clintondale and James D. Manning of Clintondale, NY; and his sister Lorraine Catanzaro of Jacksonville, FL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
