Simmons of Hyde Park, New York, born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Dembicki and Rosa Lunnen Dembicki; her husband Philip D. Simmons; and her siblings, Michael Dembicki, Harold Dembicki and Kathleen Murasso.
She is survived by: her children, Philip D. Simmons Jr. (Penny) of Philmont, NY., Constance L. Pennisi (Joseph) of Hyde Park, NY., Diane E. Smith (Wesley) of Clinton Hollow, NY. and Audrey F. Keller (Eric) of Pleasant Valley, NY.; her grandchildren, Philip D. Simmons III, Ann Marie Pennisi, Sandra Pennisi, Andrew Simmons, Ria Schultz and Samantha Keller; and her siblings, Frances Petroccitto of Hyde Park, NY. and Harry Dembicki. She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
Memorial donations can be made in Geraldine's name to Hudson Valley Hospice or to the American Heart Association.
