He is survived by: his parents, Dale L. Spinks and Janis E. Spinks (Eastwood); his brother James A. Spinks (Stacie) of League City, TX; his half-sisters, Laura and Katelyn Spinks; his niece Emily; and his nephew Jacob Spinks. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
