He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Antonio Liardo and Harriet Purdy Liardo; his wife Melissa A. Ermo; his sisters, Estelle F. Rivera of Groton and Bertha Ann Havens of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania; his nieces, Danielle Rivera of Dallas, Texas and Audra Havens of Florida; his nephew Joshua Rivera of Haverstraw; and his aunt Catherine Purdy of Alaska.
