She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund J. Matuk (Babe) and Kathleen Matuk (McCoy). She is survived by: her husband William Jackson (Bill); her daughters, Sara Lennon (Andrew) and Alison Vincitore (Ben); her grandchildren, Connor, Brady, Madelyn Lennon, Camden and Ava Vincitore; her siblings, Christine Barth (Jim), Edmund Jr. Matuk (Caroline), John Matuk (Janine) and William Matuk (Bobbi); and her brother-in-law Rick Jackson (Ann Marie). She is also survived by her niece and nephews, many cousins; and dear friends.
Memorial donations may be made in Carol's name to Sparrow's Nest.
