He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Michael (Michelle Mayer), Dianna (Mike Bennett), George (Patricia Mayer) and Ken (Diana Mayer); his grandchildren, Kevin, Kate, Melissa, Greg, Michael, Courtney, Kyle, Caroline and Melanie; and his wife Barbara.

In Lieu of flowers donations made to: St Jude's or the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's in George's name would be greatly appreciated by the family.
