She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Thomas "Hayes"; her children, Patrick (Lynn), Sharon, Christine, Timothy (Antoinette) and Kevin (Laura); and her parents, James and Nellie Burke.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to one of their Mothers' two favorite charities: Long Island Cares (the Harry Chapin Food Bank) or St. Jude's Children Research Hospital.

We purchased the Guilford Lake House from your parents and continue to enjoy our times there as I am certain you all have many fond memories with your parents there too. Helen decorated the house with the ‘Cow Theme’ and we kept it and have added to it a bit. Helen’s memory will always be present at the Lake House. The Juhasz and McCoy families”
