He is survived by: his wife Teri McNall; his children, Kassaundra McNall, Alexis McNall and Tristan McNall; and his siblings, Brian Bollenbacher (Diana), Roger Nelson and Laura Alexander. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
