She was predeceased by: her husband John Lloyd Burnett; her son Jeffery Burnett; and her siblings, Shirley Alverson, Nancy Alverson, Raymond, Richard and James Burnett.
She is survived by: her sons, John Burnett (Sharon) of Dansville, David Burnett (Kathy) of Tennessee and Kenneth Burnett of Hornell; her siblings, Barbara Chase of Florida, Donald Alverson of Springwater, Francis Alverson of Dansville and Larry Alverson of Dansville; her grandchildren, Charlene Bennett (Richard) of Dansville, Jesse Burnett of Hornell, Shawn Burnett (Kaylina) of Nunda, Ashley Burnett (Kevin MacGonegal) of Perry, Kyle Burnett (Sienna) of Hornell and Justine Burnett of Florida; and her great grandchildren, Courtney Lowe, Hannah Bennett, Leah, Lilliana MacGonegal, Quinn Burnett, Iris Burnett, Raegan Evingham, Jaden Flint, Wyatt Burnett and Kendra Burnett.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home (354 Canisteo St, Hornell, NY 14843). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
