She is survived by: her sons, Raymond (Patte Horn), William (Elizabeth Horn) and Michael (Esther Horn); her grandchildren, Vincent, Emily Horn, Christopher Horn, Christen, Matthew Prete and Tamala Andrew; her great grandchildren, Zander Horn, Nicholas, Zachary, McKenzie Prete and Anella Jeffrey; and her sister Ellen Flock.
