It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pierson Ian Montanez (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in Poughkeepsie, New York, who passed away on May 22, 2022, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert Pasquale. He is survived by: his significant other Emily Foss; his daughter Sofia Montanez; his mother Laura (Josh Barach); his brother Jonathan Montanez; his grandmother Nicolina Pasquale; his great-grandparent Anna D'Alessio; his stepsiblings, Matthew, Elizabeth, Anna and Patience Barach; his uncle Bobby; his aunt Karin Pasquale; his cousin Austin Pasquale; and his close friends, Jefferson Reyes and Brandon Torres. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Donations may be made towards an education fund that is being set up for his daughter, Sofia.
