Griggs (Hopewell Junction, New York), born in New York, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice T. Griggs (United States Army); her son Maurice, Jr.; and her grandson George Alvin Lowery, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Marcelline Lowery; her children-in-law, George and Sandy Jeter; her grandchildren, Monica, Robert, Kimmi and Monique; her great grandchildren, Darien, Kathryn, Robby, Sandra and Natasha; her sister Dorothy Wade; and her niece Adrienne Wade White. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
