She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ruggles and Mary Ruggles (Blake); her husband William A. Allen; and her brothers, Donald Ruggles and Frank Ruggles, Jr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Sausville of Hoosick Falls and Dorothy Bowen (Harold) of East Hoosick; her sister Doris Hunt of Cambridge; her grandchildren, Debra Brownell (Mark Hackett), Tammy Bird (Seth), Harold Bowen, Jr. (Cathy Slater), Lisa Biddle and Patti Alberts; her great grandchildren, Matthew Brownell, Ashley Brownell Sweet (Randall), Kayla Courtain (Jordan), Kristin Bird (Pratik Patel), Kaleigh Biddle, Mehgyn Bowen, Emma Bowen, Jarod Alberts, Karlin Alberts and Nikki Slater; and her nephew Donald Ruggles, Jr. (Carol). She is also survived by half-brothers, half-sisters.
