We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2019, at the age of 60, Gerry Surdam (Hoosick Falls, New York), born in Bennington, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Surdam and Carolyn Surdam (Bornt). He is survived by: his daughters, Tara DeCicco (Nicholas) of Troy, NY and Alyssa Surdam of Buffalo, NY; his siblings, Shirley White (Bill) of Sarasota, FL and Leo Surdam (Debbie) of Hoosick Falls; and his granddaughter Amelia.

Memorial contributions may be made to the EC Memorial Fund through the funeral home.
