He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter H. Stasiak and Catherine M. Stasiak (Wagar). He is survived by: his son Peter Stasiak (Amber) of Ballston Spa, NY; his sister Sandra Luke (Steve) of Babcock Lake, NY; and his grandchildren, Katherine and Michael Stasiak.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Karen & Molly McGovern Memorial Fund and St. Jude's Children's Hospital through the funeral home.
